Marlène is a trainer, speaker and consultant in organizational transformation. She holds a master's degree in organizational management and development, as well as a bachelor's degree in nutrition. Marlène holds the following certifications: Point of you®, NOVA, Enneagram and is an ICF member.

Coming from the health and social services network, she has worked for many years, first as a professional, then as a manager in different functions. Experienced in international mandates, she has had the opportunity to travel the African continent, particularly Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast. These experiences and encounters have enabled her, as a trainer, to help her participants reach their objectives.
