She holds a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Development, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, and has completed coaching courses in three different schools, two of which are ICF recognized. She also has a certification in the Enneagram from the Centre de l'Étude de l'Ennéagram in Paris.
Coming from the health and social services network, she has worked for many years, first as a professional, then as a manager in different functions. Experienced in international mandates, she has had the opportunity to travel the African continent, particularly Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast.
