A well-established, shared culture of time management is the key to organizational excellence. This culture enables efficiency and the achievement of strategic objectives, at all levels of the company.
As companies face the challenges of hybrid working, recruitment and accelerated digitization, adopting and implementing a holistic approach to time management has become a strategic imperative.
Integrating it into the heart of organizational practices is the key to achieving optimal synergy and productivity.
Our comprehensive time management program is precisely designed to elevate time management to a core value for your organization. With this program, you'll be able to transform every level of the company - from top management to field teams - into champions of efficiency.
Time is the most precious resource,
and it's only through effective time management
that we can manage the entire activity of a company.
(Peter Drucker)
Improve team time management
Far beyond the individual, this program accompanies your organization in a cultural metamorphosis, of which time management is a pillar. Cultivating this collective excellence and creating an environment where efficiency and collaboration go hand in hand will enable your company to meet, and even exceed, its objectives.
Time management coaching is just what you need if your aim is to ensure that:
• everyone is able to prioritize their activities for greater productivity and peace of mind.
• the team is consistent in its time management practices, to strengthen cohesion, optimize processes and improve deliverables.
Customized program
The program includes the following modules
To clarify expectations and needs, a self-assessment is required prior to the workshop.
It aims to measure the level of mastery of time management by the manager (who completes the self-assessment) and his team. This self-assessment also helps prepare and lead the project start-up workshop, which will identify the main objectives of the approach as well as the role managers will have.
► Project alignment
Make an inventory of the time management and collaborative tools in use, to take stock of existing practices.
Conduct individual interviews to analyze usage and its relevance to best practices.
► Diagnosis: 1.5 days, in the form of individual interviews, conducted with two or three managers and a few users, in order to assess the application of the practices transmitted in module 2 and to evaluate gaps.
► Recommendations: half a day, including the drafting of a brief report and presentation of the relevant recommendations to management.
Providing the right impetus: as the foundation of the approach rests with managers, it is essential that they master and apply good time management practices.
