Essential knowledge

Essential knowledge

The development and mastering of a professional skill are based on three pillars, namely the knowledge, know-how (i.e., practical mastery) and interpersonal skills (i.e., behaviors). The first two pillars correspond to the so-called hard skills; whereas, the third refers to soft skills.

All of this knowledge is, therefore, deemed of crucial importance to the company as a whole, thus allowing employees to carry out their respective assigned tasks, while enjoying the ability to collaborate with their suppliers or colleagues, alike.
