Communicate to be understood!
We spend the majority of our work time communicating: emails, meetings, calls, and informal discussions. Yet, the illusion that our message was well understood is one of the greatest sources of wasted time and conflict in the workplace.
Communicating well isn't just about speaking well; it's about ensuring that the message sent is received, understood, and accepted by others.
This training invites you to revisit your communication habits to develop more fluid, authentic, and impactful interactions. Whether you need to make a clear request, provide feedback, or listen actively, you will leave with concrete tools to collaborate effectively in any situation.
