- Overview of the concept of intelligence according to the models of Goleman, Rouven Bar-On, and Annie McKee.
- Importance of psychological safety for effective team management.
2 Introduction to the 5 Components of Emotional Intelligence
Identify the pillars of emotional intelligence development to better understand one’s own position:
- Self-awareness and emotional regulation.
- Motivation and empathy (the connection lever).
- Social skills for constructive influence.
3 Self-awareness
Recognizing that self-awareness is the foundation for developing emotional intelligence:
- Exploring the language of emotion.
- Discovering your zone of excellence: talents, skills, and values.
4 Self-Control
Experimenting with tools for managing daily stress and tension:
- Identifying strategies to regulate intense emotions.
- Practical exercise: meditation or cardiac coherence to preserve mental health
5 Motivation and the “Flow” State
Aligning with your core drivers for sustainable performance:
- Experiencing “flow” to achieve optimal performance.
- Assessing motivational factors: identifying what recharges or drains your energy.
- Work-life balance: prioritizing areas requiring greater attention to maintain your commitment.
6 Empathy
Improving interactions through active listening:
