This course is given as an intensive two day workshop covering the notions of Culture, Automation, Lean, Measures and Sharing supporting the collaboration between the development (DEV) and operations (OPS) teams. This workshop is intended for practitioners or managers involved in optimizing workflows between the DEV and OPS teams and for people who directly contribute to the activities part of the Service Delivery Pipeline.
