Certified as an ITIL® Master in 2000, and ITIL® Expert in 2007, he has been recognized as a pioneer of service management by ITIL® Canada.
Co-founder of the Qualiti7 international group, Jean-Claude has been recognized as a true IT creator and builder over the last 20 years. Over the last 10 years, he has been deeply involved in promoting the principles of service management through teaching, lecturing and consulting.
Mr. Beaudry has been a member of an itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) chapter since 2005. He is now also part of the Atlantic itSMF-Canada committee and contributes to the translation of official ITIL® documents for APGM and OGC, official organizations supporting ITIL® throughout the globe.
Over the last 8 years, Mr. Beaudry has trained over 500 IT managers and specialists on the best service management practices, and has hosted over 20 service management simulation sessions aimed at facilitating organizational change. He has consistently received a high satisfaction rate from participants in his training seminars and earned exam success rates which are far above the industry average. Mr. Beaudry holds all ITIL® V3 certifications needed for providing a complete range of ITIL® V3 training seminars. He is also part of a team mandated with creating training material for Qualiti7.
