- What are the steps to manage the scope to promote a common understanding
- What is the goal of the project, is it known by all
- What are the expected deliverables and the expected quality level
- What are the activities and tasks of the project to allocate them and identify the necessary resources. How the identification of the tasks allows to keep the course throughout the execution and to better manage the changes
