This training will allow you to put into practice strategies for managing the human aspects according to the organizational context and thus promote better project performance!

• Have participated in at least one project
• Ideally, follow : GP108 - Project Management: Developing the Leadership of the Project Manager and GP109 - Project Management: The New Role of the Project Manager

Training content
A project is, among other things, resources that must be identified, assigned and controlled. Resources include material, financial, time and human resources. During this training session on resource allocation and management, the participant will focus on the human factor: how to compose a project team that contains enough members and experience to deliver.
