Do you feel tired all the time? Does your energy diminish at the mere prospect of carrying out certain tasks or conversations? Have you ever noticed that your energy level and style vary within the same day? It's normal to go through times when our energy levels are low and recovery seems more difficult. It's also often the case that our energy doesn't match the task in hand. Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by challenges at work? Do you experience situations where you should let go, but can't? Do you have the right tools to manage stress and your reactions when a situation is beyond your control? Faced with increasingly complex and demanding business environments, employees and managers have to adapt continuously, in addition to managing their day-to-day tasks. Resilience, which enables you to bounce back after an ordeal, and letting go, which allows you to ease your internal tension in the face of a situation, are essential skills to master if you want to stay in the thick of the storm, without losing your footing. This training course helps participants acquire methods and tools for developing resilience and letting go in different contexts and situations, to promote mental health and effectiveness at work.
