Discover the basics of resilience and letting go so you can apply them in the workplace. During the course, participants will explore the difference between resilience and letting go, and when to use them.
1 Understanding resilience

2 Exploring the 5 pillars of workplace resilience
- Energy: understanding and optimizing physical energy
- Future vision: learning to stay on course while navigating through change and difficulties
- Self-awareness: identifying strengths, motivations and beliefs to develop confidence in oneself and one's abilities
- Cognitive flexibility: developing the ability to change perspective when faced with a situation, in order to find solutions and alternatives, while remaining consistent with oneself
- Network and connections: developing healthy and enriching relationships
3 A better understanding of letting go

4 Exploring basic needs
- Explanation of William Glasser's choice theory
- Recognize the manifestations of our basic needs and how to meet them: Survival, Belonging and love, Pleasure, Freedom, Power
5 Setting up an action plan
- How to recognize situations where letting go or resilience should be put in place
- How to recognize and learn to name your needs with kindness
- How to prioritize according to your needs and learn to say no
- How to put into practice tools and a routine favoring a better capacity for resilience and letting go.
