Course architecture
Discover the basics of resilience and letting go so you can apply them in the workplace. During the course, participants will explore the difference between resilience and letting go, and when to use them.
1- Understanding resilience
Participants will discuss :

2- Exploring the 5 pillars of workplace resilience
In this step, participants will see :

Energy: understanding and optimizing physical energy

Future vision: learning to stay on course while navigating through change and difficulties

Self-awareness: identifying strengths, motivations and beliefs to develop confidence in oneself and one's abilities

Cognitive flexibility: developing the ability to change perspective when faced with a situation, in order to find solutions and alternatives, while remaining consistent with oneself

Network and connections: developing healthy and enriching relationships
3- A better understanding of letting go

4- Exploring basic needs
In this step, participants will :

Recognize the manifestations of our basic needs and how to meet them:

5- Setting up an action plan
This module focuses on the concrete tools available to participants:

How to recognize situations where letting go or resilience should be put in place

How to recognize and learn to name your needs with kindness

How to prioritize according to your needs and learn to say no

How to put into practice tools and a routine favoring a better capacity for resilience and letting go.
