Participants learn the fundamental knowledge needed to manage digital products and services using the updated ITIL guiding principles, lifecycle, value system, and AI-native practices.
At the end of the training, participants take a one-hour multiple-choice exam to obtain the PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation in IT Service Management international certificate.

Keep in Mind
2 days of training, including exam preparation (exam to be scheduled later by the candidate). The official PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation (version 5) exam and the ITIL® Foundation (version 5) reference manual are included. Participants will receive a voucher valid for 12 months to take the exam and will need to schedule their session.
