Ibrahim Hossain is an Accredited International Trainer and IT Service Management (ITSM) consultant with over 20 years of experience delivering training and consulting services to government, enterprise, telecom, and international organizations. He specializes in ITIL® V3, ITIL® 4, ITIL® 5, IT Service Management, PRINCE2®, Agile, , leadership development, and digital transformation.

In addition to training delivery, Ibrahim has extensive consulting experience supporting organizations with ITSM process improvement, service design, operational excellence, and capability development.
