What is the difference between ITIL 5 and ITIL 4? Which one should I choose?
ITIL 5 is the most recent framework, designed for modern, agile and value-driven environments. If your organization is getting started or undergoing transformation, ITIL 5 is your target. If you already operate under ITIL 4, you can continue to deepen your knowledge or gradually transition to ITIL 5 through our Bridge training.
Do you teach ITIL 5 and ITIL 4?
Yes. We offer the complete ITIL 5 offering (Foundation, Bridge and upcoming specializations) as well as the established ITIL 4 offering, supporting organizations based on their context and objectives.
Do you offer your courses in English?
Most of our ITIL 5 and ITIL 4 training courses are available in French and English, in person or online.
