After studying engineering in France and earning a master's degree in telecommunications management in San Francisco, Catherine worked in IT in support roles, as a technical project manager and architect, before moving on to IT service management positions (delivery and transition) in France, the United States, and Switzerland.
Passionate about technology and IT services, Catherine has contributed her expertise in ITIL and project management, promoting the implementation of industry best practices while instilling a culture of sharing, respect, and encouragement within the teams she has led.
After a period of professional transition, Catherine now brings her knowledge of ITIL and DEVOPS to Qualiti7 as a trainer and is also an active member of the PeopleCert External Advisory Board for ITIL and ITIL/DevOps.
