The ITIL®4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) qualification is designed to provide the candidate with an understanding of how to design customer journeys, target markets and stakeholders, foster relationships, shape demand and define service offerings, align expectations and agree services, integrate and disconnect customers and users, ensure continuous value co-creation and realize and validate service value The ITIL®4 DSV course and exam will help candidates successfully engage and interact in creating valuable services and relationships with all stakeholders as described in the latest version of ITIL®, the most widely adopted IT service management best practice in the world. The ITIL®4 DSV qualification is one of the prerequisites for the ITIL®4 Managing Professional designation.

Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to apply ITIL principles to develop engagement and interaction between a service provider and its stakeholders.

    • Exam preparation
    • Review (if applicable)
    • Conclusion.

    Notes

    The AXELOS ITIL®4 DSV exam is included. The participant will be able to write the exam at the end of the course or will receive a voucher valid for 12 months to take the exam. Format : 40 multiple choice questions. Duration : 90 minutes.
