ITIL5® - Foundation IT service management with certification



This training is delivered as an intensive two-and-a-half-day workshop covering the ITIL® framework (version 5) and is based on the latest PeopleCert recommendations for digital product and service management.
It reflects the evolution of ITIL to respond to today's digital, AI-driven environments.
Participants learn the fundamental knowledge needed to manage digital products and services using the updated ITIL guiding principles, lifecycle, value system, and AI-native practices.
At the end of the training, participants take a one-hour multiple-choice exam to obtain the PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation in IT Service Management international certificate.
This training introduces ITIL® (version 5) and is based on the official syllabus: ITIL_FND_Syllabus_EN_v5.0

Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to understand and explain the key concepts of ITIL® (version 5), apply the guiding principles and the value system to structure and improve digital service management, and effectively prepare for the official ITIL® Foundation exam to obtain PeopleCert certification.
