Intercultural and diversity management of work teams
The ability of a team depends on its cohesion, a common vision and the good understanding between its members. In a context where organizations rely on personnel from all backgrounds with different cultural references, abilities and gender expressions, the leader must adapt his or her perception, attitude and methods accordingly.
That's why equipping yourself with the tools to understand differences, becoming aware of how they influence the way you work together, and adopting inclusive behaviors, increases the value of your organization.
