During this training session and as realistically as possible, you will be called upon to identify the opportunities and challenges of an employer branding project, to diagnose the employee experience, and to propose the necessary measures to optimize your company's performance in this area of expertise. In this respect, you will be asked to define the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and to develop a guiding idea that will act as a common thread to ensure the alignment of the entire company from an HR and communication perspective. Finally, you will develop a dedicated deployment strategy to serve internal and external purposes. Throughout the training session, you will, also, have the opportunity to compare your own business standing with the practical activities you have been exposed to.
