Dynamic presentation of what learners will achieve during the training: building and orchestrating several agents for a concrete customer service scenario. Highlighting key features and expected results.
- Workshop 1: Getting started with Copilot Studio in Agent Builder (Copilot Chat version)
Discover the Agent Builder interface. Learn the basics of creating a conversational agent, initial configuration, and explore the features of Copilot Chat and its deployment to a target user population.
- Workshop 2: Copilot Studio — Standard Interface
Transition to the classic Copilot Studio interface. Overview of available tools and navigation within the work environment for the remainder of the day.
- Workshop 3: Creating a general agent
Designing an initial “general” agent with the aim of getting to grips with the interface, adding knowledge sources, configuring and deploying an agent on Copilot Chat and Teams from Copilot Studio. Raising awareness of knowledge management and the parameters essential to an agent's effectiveness (access management and security, analytics, etc.).
- Workshop 4: Creating a specialized child agent (managing newsletter subscriptions)
Design a second agent dedicated to managing newsletter subscriptions. This second agent will introduce the basics of orchestration and create an initial flow with Power Automate, as well as add it to the agent's capabilities to automate the newsletter subscription process.
- Workshop 5: Creating an agent specialized in negotiation and multi-agent integration
Developing an agent specialized in negotiation and customer offer management. Learning multi-agent integration methods to orchestrate advanced scenarios and optimize user experiences.
