Somewhere between art and science, management skills are developed through experience and learning. But are we always well supported in evolving through these situations and our trials? Having experienced a myriad of contexts in his 15 years as a manager in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, Éric decided to devote himself to coaching his peers.

He knows the reality of the managers he coaches, having worn those shoes himself. Sharing this experience enables him to challenge their approach and provide constructive criticism to fuel their reflection and progress. Through training, active listening and feedback, Éric guides managers in improving their management practices.

His greatest source of motivation and pride is seeing the direct impact on the well-being and effectiveness of the managers he coaches. Achieving objectives, feeling in control of work and mobilizing teams are among the successes generated.

Éric's fields of expertise cover :
Coaching executive, middle and front-line management teams
Management roles and responsibilities
Communication routines
Management practices and organizational development
Objective systems and performance indicators
