Bernard Sirois

Bernard Sirois has over 30 years’ experience in IT governance, strategies, project management, architecture and transformation support. He has worked for over 15 years as a service management specialist for CGI, developed and implemented management frameworks, service delivery models and transformation models for large and medium-sized companies throughout Quebec.

Since 2006, he has been providing training on service management practices. Bernard steadfastly puts his expertise to work for his clients. For several years, Bernard has helped and supported them in adopting new project management and delivery methodologies.

With ITIL Expert, COBIT Foundation and DevOps Foundation certification, Bernard has been certified to provide ITIL® training since 2007.
