Microsoft 365 offers various collaboration and communication tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, Planner, etc.). Collaboration means sharing information. Collaboration tools are very open and allow all members to share content, which sometimes raises concerns about data security and access control. This training is intended for more experienced people, as it deals with relatively advanced concepts. You will learn how to control the sharing of information across your SharePoint sites, OneDrive Spaces and Teams to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of documents.
