Do you sometimes find it hard to concentrate?
Do your thoughts go round and round, keeping you awake at night?
Are you sometimes overwhelmed by emotions?
Do you find it hard to generate new ideas or see things differently?
Find out how mindfulness can help you in your daily life.
Mental overload, perceived or real, at work is frequently cited as a source of daily stress, disorganization and unproductivity.
Hyperconnectivity and its incessant solicitations contribute to the fragmentation and reduction of our attention span. This overload of information and interruptions disrupts our concentration and increases cognitive stress, adding to our mental load.
When our minds are bogged down, it becomes more difficult to be creative. The creative process requires, among other things, mental space, which is what mindfulness offers.
This training course provides an understanding of the fundamentals of Mindfulness, and practical tools for cultivating this state on a daily basis to improve attention and concentration, optimize decision-making and reduce stress.
Objectives
