    This training program offers a structured course consisting of four complementary modules that enable participants to acquire solid leadership skills, improve their professional relationships, and strengthen their impact in various contexts. The approach emphasizes self-awareness, constructive influence, and authentic communication in order to develop credible and inspiring leadership.

    Module 1 – Understanding and mastering the fundamentals of leadership

    This module establishes the essential foundations of leadership and shows how to apply them appropriately in a variety of situations:

    • Contexts where leadership is most important
    • The added value of leadership on performance and change management
    • The five key elements of strong and inspiring leadership
    • Behaviors that reinforce credibility, collaboration, and trust
    • The Universal Model of Success for planning and structuring leadership actions
    • The importance of setting clear objectives to guide action
    • How to adjust your leadership style according to the issues at stake, the people involved, and their professional maturity

    Module 2 - Communicating with impact, clarity, and authenticity

    In this module, participants explore the mechanisms of effective and conscious communication, which is essential for mobilizing and convincing others:

    • Self-awareness as the starting point for effective communication
    • The advantages of clear and structured communication
    • Common obstacles that hinder understanding and effective communication
    • The strategic role of verbal and nonverbal communication
    • Principles for formulating a message with precision, respect, and influence

    Module 3 – Structuring and providing feedback that motivates

    Participants explore practices for providing useful, constructive, and progress-oriented feedback:

    • The meaning and objectives of effective feedback
    • The role of feedback in motivation and continuous improvement
    • Pitfalls to avoid when giving feedback
    • The SADAP method for feedback that is Sincere, Appropriate, Dosed, Argumented, and Personalized
    • A constructive attitude to reinforce motivation and commitment
    • Guidelines for choosing the right message, how to phrase it, the right time, and the appropriate frequency

    Module 4 – Understanding motivation at work and acting on its drivers

    Here, participants assess sources of motivation in order to act on factors that support sustainable performance:

    • Self-assessment of one's level of motivation
    • What really influences motivation on a daily basis
    • The distinction between hygiene factors and motivational factors according to Herzberg
    • The paradoxes that influence motivation and success
    • Professional attitudes that support performance and commitment
    • The benefits of well-being at work as a driver of sustainable motivation
