- Behaviors that reinforce credibility, collaboration, and trust

Module 2 - Communicating with impact, clarity, and authenticity

Module 4 – Understanding motivation at work and acting on its drivers
Here, participants assess sources of motivation in order to act on factors that support sustainable performance:
- Self-assessment of one's level of motivation

- The distinction between hygiene factors and motivational factors according to Herzberg
- The paradoxes that influence motivation and success
- Professional attitudes that support performance and commitment
