Objectives of the trainingAt the end of this course, participants will be able to adapt their leadership style to suit specific situations.
Targeted audienceAnyone who wants to use their leadership skills at a professional (manager or employee) or personal level, to achieve objectives and develop skills, inspire a team (work or sports), move a project forward (project manager/leader), solve problems, make informed decisions, convince an internal/external customer or encourage innovation.
The first part of the course focuses on understanding the importance of leadership. Participants will discover that there is a leader in every individual. They will realize that leadership is a useful skill at both individual and organizational levels. They will explore the benefits of inspiring and motivating leadership.
In this module, participants will learn how to adopt different behaviors and attitudes r essential to leadership, depending on the individual's situation and experience. This will enable them to develop strong relationships and generate trust in order to guide, mobilize and influence.
The training explores the levers that influence the achievement of objectives. Participants will learn to identify the key levers that impact their team's performance, and explore strategies for acting on these levers, thus fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
The third part of the course focuses on optimizing interpersonal communications. Participants will explore powerful communication techniques and learn how to adapt their communication to positively influence and inspire others. They will also discover how to overcome communication barriers and foster open, constructive exchange.
This module addresses the importance of effective feedback (positive or negative). Participants will develop the skills to provide constructive, motivating and targeted feedback in a timely manner. The aim is to foster individual growth and development.
The course closes with a deep dive into the workings of motivation. Participants will understand the mechanisms that fuel motivation, and learn how to use this knowledge to create a stimulating work environment conducive to individual and collective success. Participants will have the opportunity to identify motivational factors on the basis of an individual test.
