The ITIL®4 Strategist : Direct, Plan and Improve qualification is designed to provide the candidate with the practical skills necessary to create a "learning and improving" IT organization with a strong and effective strategic focus. In addition, provide practitioners with a practical and strategic method to plan and deliver continuous improvement with the necessary agility.
The ITIL®4 Strategist course and exam will help candidates establish an IT learning and improvement organization based on the concepts outlined in the latest version of ITIL®, the world's most widely adopted IT service management best practice.
The ITIL®4 Strategist qualification is one of the prerequisites for the ITIL®4 Managing Professional designation. It is also a prerequisite for the ITIL®4 Strategic Leader designation.

Keep in Mind
The AXELOS ITIL®4 DPI exam is included. The participant will be able to write the exam at the end of the course or will receive a voucher valid for 12 months to take the exam. Format : 40 multiple choice questions. Duration : 90 minutes.
