The ITIL®4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) qualification is designed to provide the candidate with an understanding of how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT products and services, relevant practices and methods and tools. The ITIL®4 CDS course and exam will help candidates create, deliver and support services as described in the latest version of ITIL®, the world's most widely adopted IT service management best practice. The ITIL®4 CDS qualification is one of the prerequisites for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.

The AXELOS ITIL®4 CDS exam is included. The participant will be able to write the exam at the end of the course or will receive a voucher valid for 12 months to take the exam. Format : 40 multiple choice questions. Duration : 90 minutes.
