- Distinguish between managerial practices, conflicts, harassment and discriminatory behavior.
2 Understanding roles and interactions:
- Victims: identify vulnerability factors and better understand support needs.
- Harassers: explore motivations, typical behaviors and levers for effective action.
- Witnesses: their essential role in detecting and resolving harassment situations.
3 Mechanisms at play:
- How is a harassment dynamic created in a professional environment?
- The unspoken, biases and stereotypes: when inaction feeds toxicity.
- The impact of silence and false accusations: re-establishing fair and respectful communication.
4 Recognizing warning signs:
- What are the subtle or blatant signs of problematic behavior?
5 Taking action:
- Understanding the obstacles that prevent us from taking action
- Intervening when faced with sexist or inappropriate behavior towards an employee.
- Techniques for listening without judging, to avoid influencing or minimizing what is said.
6 Understand the consequences and solutions:
- Knowing how to say “STOP” effectively: learning how to set limits firmly and benevolently.
