This course prepares students for BRMP® certification, by providing an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of managing the business relationship between a supplier (internal or external) and its customers.
It covers the key notions related to the roles, skills and responsibilities of the business relationship manager, with a focus on creating sustainable strategic partnerships aligned with the organization's objectives. You'll explore key concepts such as strategic formulation, portfolio management, value creation, supplier governance and business transition management.
Modules are also dedicated to effective customer relationship communication and targeted preparation for the BRMP® certification exam.
