Self-affirmation and self-confidence to develop one's full potential
Do you sometimes feel like you’re saying "yes" when you mean "no" just to avoid disappointing others? Or conversely, do you ever find yourself raising your voice to get your point across, at the risk of upsetting your colleagues? Between passivity (fading into the background) and aggression (imposing your will), there is a professional and balanced path: assertiveness.
Assertiveness means having the courage to express your needs, ideas, and boundaries clearly, while respecting the integrity of others.
This training will give you concrete tools to build your self-confidence and dare to take your place with tact, authenticity, and professionalism.
Is it for you ?
This training is for anyone who struggles to express themselves, promote their ideas, or wishes to improve the quality and impact of their professional interactions.

- ✓ Career development: Daring to ask for what you want (a promotion, resources, support) is essential for professional advancement.
Training content
1 Self-awareness
In our baggage, we all carry traces accumulated over the days: our hopes, our blocks, our needs, our desires, our beliefs, our contradictions, our values. These traces define us and give us texture.
But, at the same time, some of them can become obstacles and unnecessarily block the expression of our potential. This step aims to help us identify these barriers, to clarify our values. Later, we will be able to find the founding pillars to build self-esteem.
- The inherent value of self
- Acceptance of success
- Attitude
- Group synergy
- Flexibility
- Leadership attitude
2 Knowing the Other
When you want to assert yourself, it starts with you, but it is not in relation to yourself. Alone on a desert island, assertiveness is not a problem! It is rather in our relationship with others that assertiveness takes on its full meaning.
We need to know the personality of the person we are talking to, his or her communication preferences. We must also pay attention to the nature of the relationship with the other person, the purpose of the exchange, the level of authority and mutual expectations. Knowing the other person allows us to occupy our space with confidence!
- Issues in social relationships
- Identification of personality types
- Animal metaphor
3 Relating to the Other
The art of assertiveness is not only about creating and maintaining a fluid conversation. Words are not enough and you must invest in establishing a good contact with the other person; this happens on both the conscious and unconscious levels.
It is necessary to know how to react to complaints and criticisms, to spot red flags as quickly as possible, to deal with prejudices and hurtful words, and finally, to manage manipulation.
Here, we will identify these pitfalls and discover strategies, tips and techniques to enrich our interpersonal relationships.
