Objectives
This training enables participants to acquire the knowledge necessary to conduct research, gather requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate needs, and configure Power Platform solutions and applications.

This training is intended for Power Platform functional consultants responsible for discovering, capturing requirements, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating needs, and configuring Power Platform solutions and applications. Functional consultants implement solution components including application enhancements, personalized user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.
Prerequisite
Participants should have experience as an IT professional, practical knowledge of the Power Platform and its key components, as well as familiarity with the Common Data Service and security concepts.
