- How to access SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams from Office.com, Windows Explorer or other applications.

Segment 3 - How to share a document in Microsoft 365
In this segment, you will see what is the best way to share a document in OneDrive, in SharePoint, in Office or in an email.
- What is the sharing process, what is permission inheritance.
- What are the constraints imposed by the organization.
- How to manage sharing rules, modify permissions or adjust the degree of modification granted to the recipient.

Segment 4 - How to delete or restore a document in Microsoft 365
