Objectives of the training
At the end of this activity, the participant will be able to maintain team dynamics based on individual postures in the face of uncertainty.Targeted audience

Course architecture
the participant will be able to explain the N.A.V.I.R.E. model.
Through an experience that takes them out of their comfort zone, participants will see how certain beliefs can accentuate feelings of uncertainty. They will appropriate the NAVIRE model for identifying behaviors associated with the perception of change.
- N.A.V.I.R.E. model
- Individual perceptions
How to observe the team to draw actionable lessons
The participant will be able to categorize individual perceptions in a group according to the N.A.V.I.R.E. model.
Using a real-life case study, participants will practice identifying different behaviors in the face of change, and understanding the underlying mechanisms. They will learn how to interpret individual reactions and associate them with beliefs about the context. Participants will learn about the ambivalence of postures. They will discuss the value of sharing them as a team to reinforce collective agility and listening, and make a variety of behaviors an asset rather than a problem.
- Behaviors identified in the N.A.V.I.R.E. model.
- Dynamic aspect of model behaviors
The participant will be able to identify critical shortcomings to the team's success by exploiting individual behaviors.
Based on the same real-life case used in the previous module, participants will take note of all discussions between collaborators and put themselves in their manager's shoes to listen to them in detail, taking into account the specific context. By applying the N.A.V.I.R.E. model, they will see how to identify irritants likely to hinder team performance in the context. They will draw conclusions about team dynamics in situations of uncertainty, without dividing the team into "good" and "bad" behaviors.
The participant will be able to adapt the allocation of tasks to each team member according to the evolution of individual postures.
Taking into account the lessons learned in the previous learning units, participants will see how to explore the potential of each posture to facilitate contribution to the collective activity. They will then draw up hypotheses on the best way to reorganize work and distribute tasks in the real-life case studied. At the end of this work, recommendations will be shared on how to use N.A.V.I.R.E and communicate about its use within the team concerned.
- Managing ambivalent postures
- Assigning tasks according to postures
