This intensive one-day course builds upon the ITIL® 4 Foundation course. It offers practical guidance for those who have already taken ITIL® 4 Foundation training, explaining and highlighting the ITIL® concepts defined in the 34 management practices and exploring the most critical ones. The day also reviews sample exam questions to ensure learners are well-prepared to face the certification exam.

Prerequisites

Candidates must have completed an existing ITIL® 4 Foundation certification training to be eligible for the 'Practices Supplement' course.
