Master the PRINCE2 framework and pass the Practitioner exam
You will put into practice the knowledge acquired during the "Foundation" course. At the end of the "Practitioner" course learners will be ready to take the PRINCE2 "Practitioner" certification. The training and certification validates the learners' ability to apply the specific PRINCE2 themes and processes, and to adapt them to the context of your project, particularly in relation to control and monitoring, risk management and quality assurance.

Training content
This training is based on the Prince2 - 6th edition Practitionner framework.
- Review of project management dynamics including Principles, Themes and Processes within the context of projects
- Preparation for the Practitioner PRINCE2 certification exam
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification exam.
Keep in Mind
The course includes the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2™ 2017 Edition reference manual, which is required for writing the exam. This certification course is always and only offered with the associated certification examen.
