PRINCE2 is one of the most widely adopted project management frameworks in the world. It offers a global, integrated perspective that is suitable for projects of a certain size. The framework is highly structured and focused on processes and controls. It promotes the adoption of principles and a common vocabulary by all stakeholders and allows the approach to be adapted to the project context. The "Foundation" component enables all those likely to be involved in a project to learn the main concepts and thus participate more actively. The course prepares learners to obtain their PRINCE2 foundation certification. If you are already familiar with PRINCE2, then the "Practitioner" track is more suitable.
