Mental workload and efficiency

In an environment where the intellect dominates and demands are constant, there comes a time when thoughts become invasive. To promote concentration, generate creativity and be more efficient in your tasks, you first need to create mental space! At the end of this activity, participants will be able to assess their ability to be present “here and now”, and use simple techniques to develop this attentive presence and clarity on a daily basis. To take action on health and well-being, we must first create opportunities for lifestyle change. This interactive workshop-style conference gives participants a theoretical overview of the concepts surrounding the theme. In addition, large and small group discussions, as well as individual self-reflection, are used to stimulate reflection and awareness.
