- Identify different types of thoughts (ruminations, anticipations, cognitive distortions) and their consequences on mental and emotional overload.
- Recognize the effects of stress and hyperconnectivity on cognitive functions: fragmented attention, mental fatigue, decreased creativity.
- Explore the concept of neuroplasticity and discover how mind training, particularly through mindfulness practices, can promote lasting mental calm.
- Explore the role of mindfulness in developing attention, memory, and the ability to generate new ideas.
- Clarify the difference between mindfulness and meditation, and learn how to choose the most appropriate approach depending on the situation or need.
- Integrate concrete, simple, and accessible practices (conscious breathing, mindfulness breaks, micro-meditations) that help strengthen concentration, nurture creativity, and create mental space every day.
