Knowing yourself is the first step towards personal and professional fulfillment. Discovering your zones of genius opens the door to intrinsic motivation. To achieve this, participants will become familiar with the concept of life pillars, learn about Gay Hendricks' theory and see how to fill in the matrix according to their chosen life pillar.

Thought modeling is a concrete tool based on a reading grid for breaking down and understanding how thoughts produce results in one's life. Using Gay Hendricks' Performance Zone Matrix to assess their level of performance, participants will see how to model their thoughts. By identifying and replacing limiting thought patterns, participants can move into a higher performance zone. This enables them to unleash their potential, achieve higher levels of success and lead more fulfilling lives.

Being part of an organization whose values are aligned with our own strengthens motivation, gives meaning to action and nurtures a sense of satisfaction. Participants will work on developing a model of thinking aligned with what's important to them.
