How can I register for one or several of Technologia’s webinars?
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be informed of the different webinars as soon as the program is posted online. From the program of webinars, you can easily access online registration by clicking Register. All of our webinars are free. Remember that you cannot register after 11:00 a.m. on the day of the webinar. However, you will still be able to view the video from our Web site once the webinar is over.
How can I access my Zoom session?
In the confirmation email you receive the day before the webinar, you will find a link to connect to the webinar from your laptop or computer. Note that access to the Zoom platform will only be available 30 minutes before the presentation starts (11:30 a.m.).

How can I re-watch the webinar?
All of the webinar videos and written presentations are available in the Webinars section of our Web site one week after the webinar is given. The videos are also available on YouTube, and most of our PowerPoint presentations are available for download on SlideShare. Videos are also published on Technologia’s Facebook page.
How do Technologia’s webinars work?
Our webinars take place weekdays between noon to 1:00 p.m. and are broadcasted from our Montreal offices. We give about one webinar per month. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your webinar of choice through the Zoom platform. The trainer’s PowerPoint presentation and video will be presented to you live. We use a fiber-optic IP system to distribute the sound and a professional camera to broadcast the video.
What kind of configuration do I need on my computer?
In the email you receive from the email email@example.com the day before the webinar, you will find a link https://zoom.us/j/ to connect to the webinar from your laptop (Note : we no longer support the Safari browser). We also recommend that you use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi to ensure a better experience.
Do I need headphones?
We suggest that you use headphones for an optimal sound experience and to prevent being distracted by other noises. You can also use your laptop’s integrated speakers.
What kind of Internet connection do I need?
For optimal quality, use a wired broadband connection rather than Wi-Fi.
What if I encounter a technical issue with the Zoom platform?
For any technical issues, call 514-380-8220 (Technologia’s technical support). Our technician is there to help you with whatever you may need throughout the webinar.
How can I interact with the trainer?
You can interact with the trainer by asking your questions in the public chat section. The trainer will decide if he/she responds to questions one at a time during the webinar or if he/she waits until the end of the presentation. In case you miss any of the questions, you will have access to the video of the webinar on our website.
