How long will I have access to my training course?
The duration of access to online training course is one year. Please note that no extensions will be accepted.
Would I still have access to my training course even though I finished it and received my certificate?
You will have access to your training course for one year regardless of your progress. You can also review the contents or consult the additional material even if you have completed the course.
Registration and pricing
What is the registration and cancellation policy for online courses?
Subscriptions for e-learning courses are effective upon purchase. No cancellation or extension of the subscription is applicable. These purchases are considered final sales. The e-learning products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. For more information, see our Policy and Regulations.
Will I have access to my training course upon registration?
You will receive your access to the platform by email within 24 business hours after your registration. We recommend that you log in quickly because the temporary links and passwords are only valid for 30 days for security reasons. After this time, you will need to contact us again to receive a new link and password.
What is the payment policy for online training course?
Only payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is accepted for any registration including at least one online training course.
Is it possible to use a prepaid bank of courses for online training course?
No, the use of a prepaid bank of courses is impossible with all online training course.
Will you test my knowledge during this training course?
Most of training courses include knowledge tests. These tests are only used to measure your understanding of the concepts and in some cases to select the contents that are useful to you.
Will I receive books or printed material by mail?
No, all training course material is available online during your training course in your e-learning space.
Is it possible to print or download the teaching material?
As this is an online training course, most of the content is not downloadable or printable, but some tools may be printed like PDFs or some PowerPoint presentations.
Will I still have access to the material after my training course?
You will have access to the course material throughout the year following your registration.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course?
Yes, your certificate will be sent automatically by e-mail within 24 hours after the end of your training, that is to say when your overall progress has reached 100%.
What is the minimum score to obtain my certificate?
No pass mark is required to obtain your certificate. You just need to have completed all the required content and have achieved 100% overall progress.
Why my total number of hours on my certificate is different from the time I spent to complete my course?
The number of hours indicated on the certificate represents the recommended duration to carry out all the course contents. This duration is indicated in our course syllabus. The actual time spent online may vary since some content is not mandatory and the progress of each person is different.
Will I receive a certificate of participation by mail?
Certifications are only sent by email. You can print this email if you wish to have a proof of it.
Will you notify my professional association or order that I have completed my training course hours?
Technologia does not communicate your personal information to third parties. You will have to make your own arrangements to have your training course hours recognized online with your professional association.
Are all your courses bilingual?
All our online training courses are available in both languages (English and French). The contents are identical from one language to another and have generally been translated from French into English.
Computer equipment required
What is the configuration required to take courses on my computer?
You will find the details of the required configuration in the course syllabuses. Most of the time, you just need an Internet connection (Note : we no longer support the Safari browser). You will need to listen to sound using speakers or headphones.
On the other hand, we advise you to take your training from a personal computer in order to avoid any technical problems due to security limitations potentially set up by your employer on your work computer. If this is not possible, be sure to disable your VPN, as well as to run your training on your machine locally and not from a virtual machine, or remotely for example.
Do I need to have Office software to attend Office courses?
No, all the training exercises in office courses can be done online directly in the training course module. You will be redirected to a virtual machine that contains all the necessary software.
Policies and regulations
What is the registration and cancellation policy for online training courses ?
All subscriptions for online training courses are effective at time of purchase. Cancellations or prolongations are not allowed. All sales are final. Your login information will be emailed to you within 24 hours (or next business day) after receiving your registration information.
Policies for using the distance learning platform
- Access is valid for one person (single user) only, for a duration that is determined at the time of product purchase. NO refunds or exchanges will be granted for any CrossKnowledge and ENI products.
- All data (of any kind whatsoever)—in particular texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, trademarks, software packages, and characteristics in any way associated or connected with the CrossKnowledge and ENI Site and all of its versions—is protected by copyright laws, trademark rights and all other intellectual property laws and rights, and belongs to E-LEARNING S.A. or to third parties that have authorized E-LEARNING S.A. to exploit and use said data.
- The User thereby undertakes NOT to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or re-distribute any text, titles, applications, software packages, images, videos, graphs, trademarks, information or illustrations whatsoever without prior written consent and understands that the aforementioned data is for personal use only. Any other form of representation (e.g.: for professional use, business use or for mass distribution) without prior written consent shall constitute an act of counterfeiting.
- In the same way, the User agrees NOT to copy all or part of the Site onto any other site and/or internal business network. The User also agrees NOT to extract all or part of the Site for the purposes of importing and storing the contents and database.
