Analyzing the signs of demobilization, identifying their relevant causes and developing adequate solutions thereto.
Team performance depends on their ability to remain committed, aligned, and motivated around common goals. Team motivation is not limited to achieving results: it directly influences the work environment, the quality of professional relationships, cooperation, talent retention, and, ultimately, the well-being of its members.
This training helps you understand the mechanisms of collective motivation, recognize signs of demotivation or disengagement, and, above all, take context-appropriate action to strengthen everyone's involvement within the team.
The approach is rooted in real-world experience and is intended for anyone who manages or supports a team and wants to take action but sometimes lacks the tools to do so.
Is it for you ?
Managers, supervisors, project managers, human resources professionals, internal coaches, organizational development managers, and anyone who supports teams.
It is also intended for newly appointed managers who wish to acquire practical tools to strengthen collective engagement.

Training content
1 Analyze the situation
Before taking action, you need to understand.
Before looking for solutions, you need to make a proper diagnosis. This first step will enable you to: observe your team more closely, recognize the signs (absenteeism, tardiness, negative attitudes, tensions, etc.) and interpret them objectively.
You will learn how to:
- Consult stakeholders
- Gather concrete facts
- Assess the consequences of low motivation
- Produce a structured assessment.
This analysis is necessary in order to decide on the next steps: act now? Wait? Mobilize allies?
You will develop an approach that can be applied to your specific situation.
2 Identify the right motivational levers to strengthen engagement
Motivation cannot be imposed: it must be built.
Once the diagnosis has been made, the next step is to transform the analysis into levers for action. This section will help you clarify the expressed or underlying needs within the team (autonomy, competence, social affiliation, etc.).
You will discuss how to:
- Present the analyzed facts
- Identify: possible causes, associated emotions, the real needs of the people concerned.
This process will enable you to build an initial bank of potential solutions that are appropriate, realistic, and ready to be co-constructed with team members.
3 Build a mobilizing and realistic action plan
A good idea is not enough: you still need to be able to implement it.
Not all solutions are equal, so how do you choose the best potential solution while taking into account the constraints of your daily life, such as human, budgetary, time, union, etc.?
You will be equipped to select the most relevant action(s) based on the context and their potential impact.
