This training also aims to show you how strengthening your personal and professional confidence can transform your relationships, your reputation, and how you seize opportunities. Overcoming a lack of self-confidence isn't about luck, but about practice.

Module 2 – Self-Awareness, an Essential Tool
Our beliefs and how we see the world influence our behaviour far more than we think. In this second module, it's time for introspection: you'll have the opportunity to examine the beliefs and thought patterns that guide your daily actions. Understanding yourself better is the first step to starting to act differently.
