Catherine-Julie Charette

A pioneer in the fields of organizational agility and managerial innovation, with over 20 years of cross-sector experience in management, coaching, and the design and delivery of training programs and conferences in Canada and internationally.

She has worked with major corporations such as Bell Canada, France Télécom, Cirque du Soleil, National Bank, Clarins, KPMG, and Bombardier, as well as with several public sector and nonprofit organizations. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and the following certifications:
• PCC from the International Coach Federation
• Certified Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner from the Global Team Coaching Institute & Peter Hawkins
• PCM Trainer from the Process Communication Model
• Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training from the Center for Transformational Presence
• ICP-LEA Leading with Agility from the Agile Leader Academy

In 2011, she founded her company with the goal of training, coaching, and advising individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to thrive in the FANI/VICA¹ world. Her areas of focus include job satisfaction, leadership development, resilience, collective and emotional intelligence, communication, and agility. Her coaching clients, as well as the thousands of people who have attended her conferences and training sessions, appreciate her interpersonal enthusiasm, expertise, and pragmatism.
