Unlike the traditional Scrum Master trainings that focus on the Scrum fundamentals at the team level, the proposed training explores this role across the company and prepares the participants to plan and execute a PI (Program Increment). The SAFe Scrum Master Certification means that the participants will be able to fully exercise their role within a company that would implements the SAFe principles, and enhance their added value across the team and the company, alike.

Prerequisite
• Familiarity with the Agile concepts and principles.
• Awareness of the Scrum, Kanban and eXtreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
• Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes.

- Describe the Scrum framework within a SAFe environment.
- Facilitate the Scrum framework events.
- Facilitate the efficient execution of the iteration.
- Support the efficient execution of program increments.
- Support continuous improvement efforts.
- Become an Agile Coach to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Support the implementation of DevOps.
