President of DC Services Conseils and training consultant for HZM Consulting, Daniel has over 25 years' project experience with major clients in the utilities, banking, insurance, construction, metals & mining and telecommunications sectors.
Over the years, he has worked closely with many senior executives, bringing a different perspective to bear on complex initiatives. Rescuing projects from the brink of failure has been one of his specialties. He has also mastered the Lean-Agile expertise of various currents, providing him with a critical view of their strengths and weaknesses.
