Gain the knowledge you need to contribute to value chain product development in your organization, using the Scaled Agile Framework for enterprises® (SAFe® 6) and Lean-derived principles. By mobilizing a Lean-Agile mindset, you'll be able to adopt a customer-centric approach to product creation, collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders, master the writing of epics, features and user stories, mobilize the techniques needed to plan and execute work during a PI (Program Increment).

Prerequisite
Experience working in a SAFe environment is not required. Experience in Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus to get the most out of this training.
Training content
- The roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner and Product Manager in a SAFe environment
- Adopting a customer-centric approach to product creation
- Collaboration with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Writing epics, features and user stories
- Design, prioritize, build, test and deliver products with increased productivity and superior quality
- Prepare and lead Program Increments (PI) planning
- Breaking down epics into functionalities and functionalities into user stories
- Collaboration with Agile teams
- Integration of SAFe's Lean-Agile principles and values into PO/PM roles
Keep in Mind
The completion of this course shall grant you access to the exam, offered only in French, and to all related study materials, as part of your learning plan on the SAFe community platform. Participants must attend the two course days in order to be qualified to sit for the exam. This training will take place from 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM.
