Learn how to run a Lean-Agile business using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe® 6) and Lean principles.
This knowledge will enable you to better understand the Lean-Agile mindset, create and support agile teams and programs, track the management of a Lean portfolio, create a culture of continuous delivery and development, coordinate largescale solutions, and develop a set of skills that are in demand in any context.
You'll also learn how to participate in key SAFe events, such as PI Planning, and how to align the whole organization around clear, shared objectives.

Development supervisors, project coordinators (PM1), project managers (PM2), consultants, department heads, directors, purchasers and engineers as well as accounting and finance personnel. This may include product managers, program managers, portfolio managers, project managers, software engineering managers, quality assurance managers, operations managers, human resources managers, corporate strategy managers, and others involved in the management and direction of the organization.

Keep in Mind
This course includes a one-year membership and a license to take the SAFe® 6.0 Agilist (SA) certification exam. The exam, which is offered in French only, must be taken no later than 30 days after the course. All course materials are in English, but the course is taught in French.
