The project breakdown structure (PBS), commonly known as the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), is the essential tool for good project planning. It organizes and defines the entire scope, or content, of the project. It subdivides project work into smaller, more manageable parts. In this hands-on workshop, you'll have the chance to create a breakdown structure for one of your projects.
