This step leads participants to identify best practices for working effectively in a shared plan, such as clear communication, distribution of responsibilities, and consistent management of assigned tasks.

Create a plan to launch a new project in Planner
Planning also means knowing where to start. This final step covers creating a plan, whether it's for a team or individual project. Participants are asked to structure the different components of the plan, create, document, and assign tasks, and experiment with taking charge of a deliverable for which they are responsible.
The activity also allows participants to analyze the consistency of the whole and, if necessary, duplicate an existing plan to start a new project.
