When you feel like you're (constantly) racing against the clock and running out of time, it's hard to maintain good habits. Starting with sleep, which is often relegated to second place. Yet a lack of sleep has a major impact on health and quality of life.
This training course will help you adopt the right lifestyle habits to support your overall health.

Training content
This course is designed to help you re-evaluate your lifestyle and sleep habits, and become aware of your reflexive tendencies in terms of behavior and health management. In addition to exploring good habit-related practices, you'll learn how to break or create new habits, and try out concrete exercises to improve sleep quality.
