Do you tend to go on social networks too often and get caught up in your phone?
Do you find it difficult to calm your mind at bedtime?
Do you find yourself snacking a lot throughout the day, even though you're not hungry?
Have you ever noticed how difficult it is to change a habit, even if it's perceived as a “bad habit”?
We all have little habits in our lives that are more or less detrimental to our health and sleep. When you feel like you're (constantly) racing against the clock and running out of time, it's hard to maintain good habits. Starting with sleep, which is often relegated to second place. Yet a lack of sleep has a major impact on health and quality of life.
This training course will help you adopt the right lifestyle habits to support your overall health.
