This training course addresses the management of energy, fatigue, and vitality in daily life. It helps participants better understand why energy levels fluctuate throughout the day and why fatigue is not solely dependent on sleep. Participants will learn how to recognize signs of fatigue, identify what drains or sustains their energy, and better adapt their tasks to their available energy levels. The training covers the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of energy, as well as the role of breathing and emotions. Practical exercises will allow participants to explore simple tools to better manage their energy, reduce fatigue, and establish a realistic action plan.
